Cancellation and transfers<\/h2>\n

You can cancel or transfer your booking to another course, for free, up to 14 days prior to the start date of the course\/event.<\/p>\n

Cancellation or transfers with 14 days of the start date will incur the full fee.<\/p>\n

Failure to attend<\/h2>\n

If you do not attend a course\/event you have booked on and not cancelled your booking the full fee will be incurred.<\/p>\n

Change of name<\/h2>\n

You can change the name of the delegate attending a booking at any time for free.<\/p>\n

Photography<\/h2>\n

We may take photographs at the course\/event for use in print or online, we will never name you in any picture.\u00a0 If you would prefer not to be included in any photograph please let us know.<\/p>\n
