I marcio #BlueMonday \u2013 wedi\u2019i brandio fel diwrnod mwyaf ddigalon y flwyddyn \u2013 rydyn ni wedi casglu adnoddau defnyddiol yngl\u0177n \u00e2 iechyd meddwl a lles, yn cynnwys canllawiau hawdd ei ddeall da.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Tra fod #BlueMonday yn cael ei ystyried gan rai i fod yn ddiwrnod mwyaf ddigalon y flwyddyn, mae hi hefyd yn bwysig cofio bod unrhyw ddiwrnod yn gallu fod yn her ar gyfer pobl gyda problem iechyd meddwl.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mae salwch meddwl yn gyffredin, ac mae\u2019n effeithio ar un o bob chwech oedolyn ar unrhyw un adeg (ONS 2000) ac mae ymchwil yn awgrymu bod pobl gydag anabledd dysgu yn fwy tebygol o ddatblygu salwch meddwl, gyda ffigurau yn amrywio o 25 i 40 y cant (Hatton 2002).<\/p>\n<p>Mae plant gydag anabledd dysgu hefyd yn fwy tebygol o ddioddef problemau salwch meddwl na phlant heb anabledd dysgu.<\/p>\n<p>Rydyn ni wedi casglu rhai adnoddau diweddar defnyddiol am iechyd meddwl, llesiant ac anabledd dysgu. Os ydych chi\u2019n gwybod am unrhyw gyrff ac adnoddau da eraill, rhowch wybod inni os gwelwch yn dda.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Cyrsiau hyfforddi Anabledd Dysgu Cymru<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Mae Anabledd Dysgu Cymru yn cynnig y cyrsiau hyfforddi canlynol ar draws Cymru. Mae llawer o wybodaeth, ymchwil ac astudiaethau achos defnyddiol ar eu gwefan.<\/p>\n<p>Mae gan Mencap <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mencap.org.uk\/learning-disability-explained\/research-and-statistics\/health\/mental-health\">adran ddefnyddiol am iechyd meddwl ac anabledd dysgu \u00a0<\/a>\u00a0ar eu gwefan. Mae\u2019n cynnwys gwybodaeth a chyngor am driniaethau defnyddiol fel therapi gwybyddol ymddygiadol (CBT), therapi seicodeinamig a therapi teulu<\/p>\n<p>Mae GIG Fife wedi llunio taflen i ofalwyr\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.moodcafe.co.uk\/media\/25008\/Acarersguidetodepression.pdf\">: &#8216;A Carer&#8217;s Guide to Depression in People with a Learning Disability&#8217;<\/a>\u00a0(PDF).<\/p>\n<p>Mae Books Beyond Words wedi cynhyrchu cyfres o\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/booksbeyondwords.co.uk\/bookshop\/paperbacks\/sonias-feeling-sad\">lyfrau straeon hawdd eu deall am iselder ac iechyd meddwl<\/a>: &#8216;Sonia&#8217;s Feeling Sad&#8217;, &#8216;Ron&#8217;s Feeling Blue&#8217;, &#8216;Feeling Cross and Sorting It Out&#8217;. Mae\u2019r llyfrau yn costio \u00a310.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Mindfulness for Kids with LD&#8217;. Mae Ymwybyddiaeth Ofalgar yn meddwl gallu canolbwynto ar y foment bresennol a gollwng meddyliau eraill. Mae gan y wefan The Smart Kids with Learning Disabilities yn yr Unol Daleithiau\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.smartkidswithld.org\/getting-help\/emotions-behaviors\/mindfulness-kids-ld\/\">wefan dda iawn gyda chynghorion am sut y mae ymwybyddiaeth ofalgar yn gallu helpu plant gydag anabledd dysgu i reoli pwysau a phryder <\/a>. Mae hefyd yn cynnwys rhestr o apiau sydd yn cael eu hargymell ar gyfer plant a phobl ifanc.<\/p>\n<p>Mae <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dewis.wales\/\">Dewis Cymru yn \u2018siop un stop\u2019 ar gyfer gwybodaeth am llesiant yng Nghymru, <\/a>\u00a0sydd yn darparu gwybodaeth o ansawdd gan rwydwaith o gyrff gofal cymdeithasol, iechyd a thrydydd sector ar draws Cymru.<\/p>\n<p>Mae gan y Gymdeithas Genedlaethol Awtistiaeth adran ddefnyddiol ar eu gwefan am\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.autism.org.uk\/about\/health\/mental-health.aspx\">iechyd meddwl ac awtistiaeth<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Mae gan y Sefydliad Rhagoriaeth Iechyd a Gofal Cymdeithasol Cenedlaethol (NICE) <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nice.org.uk\/guidance\/ng54\">ganllaw ar &#8216;Problemau iechyd meddwl ymysg pobl gydag anableddau dysgu: atal, asesu a rheoli &#8216;<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Mae\u2019r canllaw yma yn trafod atal, asesu a rheoli problemau iechyd meddwl ymysg pobl gydag anableddau dysgu ym mhob lleoliad (yn cynnwys iechyd, gofal cymdeithasol, addysg a chyfiawnder fforensig a throseddol). Ei nod ydy gwella asesu a chefnogaeth ar gyfer cyflyrau iechyd meddwl a helpu pobl gydag anableddau dysgu a\u2019u teuluoedd a\u2019u gofalwyr i gymryd rhan yn eu gofal.<\/p>\n<p>Cyflwynodd Llywodraeth Cymru y <u>Mesur Iechyd Meddwl (Cymru)<\/u> yn 2010, sydd yn gosod dyletswyddau cyfreithiol newydd ar fyrddau iechyd lleol ac awdurdodau lleol ynghylch asesu a thrin problemau iechyd meddwl. Mae gan Iechyd Meddwl Cymru ganllaw defnyddiol\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.mentalhealthwales.net\/mental-health-measure\/\">ar y \u2018Mesur Iechyd Meddwl\u2019 i bobl sydd yn defnyddio gwasanaethau a\u2019u teuluoedd<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8216;I had a black dog, his name was depression<\/strong>&#8216;: Mae\u2019r\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=XiCrniLQGYc\">fideo animeiddio bwerus yma sydd yn cael ei hadrodd <\/a>gan yr awdur a\u2019r dylunydd Matthew Johnstone yn adrodd y stori o oresgyn \u2018ci du iselder\u2019.
