The short film includes two carers discussing their experience of the Act, how becoming aware of their rights has affected them and the changes they have made as a result.<\/p>\n

The All Wales Forum<\/a> is urging families to spend time looking into the Act and finding out your rights.<\/p>\n

To help with this, they have included some helpful links at the end of the film that take you to the pages of Welsh Government<\/a> and Social Care Wales<\/a> where you can find summaries and easy read versions of this Act.<\/p>\n
