Rydym yn falch o groesawu pump aelod newydd o staff i\u2019n t\u00eem yn Anabledd Dysgu Cymru. Dros yr wythnosau nesaf fe fyddwn yn cyflwyno pob aelod newydd o\u2019r staff, yn dechrau heddiw gyda Lyndsey Richards, ein Rheolwraig Prosiectau newydd<\/strong><\/p>\n

I ddechrau mae Zoe Richards, ein Prif Weithredwraig dros dro, yn esbonio sut y bydd ein t\u00eem newydd estynedig yn cael effaith sylweddol ar ein gwaith, a sut yr ydym yn ymgysylltu gyda\u2019r sector anabledd dysgu yng Nghymru.<\/p>\n

\u201cBu\u2019n gyfnod prysur a chyffrous fel Prif Weithredwraig dros dro yn Anabledd Dysgu Cymru dros y 4 mis diwethaf. Gyda nifer o brosiectau yn brysur neu yn dirwyn i ben, roedd yn amser gweld bod ein t\u00eem profiadol yn rhannu eu gwybodaeth a\u2019u sgiliau yn effeithiol ar draws ein holl brosiectau. Roedd hyn, yn ogystal \u00e2 ffarwelio gyda rhai aelodau o\u2019r staff a fu gyda ni am amser hir, sydd wedi symud i feysydd newydd, yn golygu ein bod yn gallu symud i dimau sydd yn adlewyrchu ein harbenigedd.<\/p>\n

\u201cMae hefyd wedi golygu ein bod wedi gallu edrych ar alwadau ein haelodaeth a recriwtio 5 aelod newydd o staff i\u2019n t\u00eem. Drwy hyn rydym wedi gallu cynyddu ein gwaith ar bolisi, cynhyrchu gwybodaeth hawdd ei ddeall a hefyd cyflwyno model newydd o reoli gweinyddiaeth a phrosiectau. Drwy recriwtio wedi\u2019i dargedu rydym hefyd wedi llwyddo i gynyddu\u2019r nifer o staff sydd yn siarad Cymraeg ac fe fydd hyn yn ein galluogi i gael mwy o gapasiti fel corff dwyieithog.<\/p>\n

\u201cMae\u2019n amser cyffrous inni yn Anabledd Dysgu Cymru ac rwyf yn falch o allu cyflwyno aelodau newydd ein t\u00eem.\u201d<\/p>\n
