Fe fydd Engage to Change<\/a> yn Wrecsam yn ystod Wythnos Anabledd Dysgu ar dydd Llun 17eg Mehefin gyda ein Sioe Deithio newydd, yn dod at ei gilydd pobl ag anabledd dysgu ac awtistiaeth, rhieni a gofalwyr, cyflogwyr, busnesau lleol, penderfynwyr a mwy i roi gwybod i chi sut y gallai\u2019r prosiect hwn fod o fudd di chi.<\/p>\n

Ar hyn o bryd mae\u2019r prosiect Engage to Change yn rhedeg ar draws Cymru i gefnogi pobl ifanc o\u2019r oedran 16-25 gydag anabledd dysgu ac\/neu awtistiaeth i fewn i lleoliadau gwaith cyflogedig yn para 6-12 mis.<\/p>\n

Oes gennych chi anabledd dysgu ac\/neu awtistiaeth<\/strong>?<\/h4>\n

Gall Engage to Change eich cefnogi i ddysgu sgiliau newydd ac ennill profiad yn y gweithle, gyda\u2019r nod o symud i mewn i cyflogaeth \u00e2 th\u00e2l. Yn y digwyddiad yma fe fyddwch chi\u2019n gallu clywed popeth yngl\u0177n \u00e2 profiadau pobl ifanc arall fel chi sydd wedi\u00a0 llwyddo trwy\u2019r prosiect.<\/p>\n

Ydych chi\u2019n cefnogi<\/strong> pobl ag anabledd dysgu ac\/neu awtistiaeth?<\/h4>\n

Dewch ymlaen i ddarganfod sut y gallai\u2019r prosiect fod o fudd i\u2019r pobl yr ydych yn gweithio gyda trwy cyflogaeth \u00e2 chymorth, o mwy o annibyniaeth ariannol, i fwy o hyder a cylch cymdeithasol estyngedig. Gallant gyfeirio eu hunain neu gallwch eu cyfeirio atom.<\/p>\n
