Parking for disabled people and blue badges
Blue Badges are given to some disabled people to let them use special parking spaces or park for free.
You can have a blue badge even if you don’t drive a car yourself.
The Welsh Government set the rules for blue badges but.
To get a blue badge you have to apply to your local council.

This event is for people with a learning disability and their paid and unpaid carers who either have a blue badge or would like one.
