Cardiff Council – Easy Read Neurodivergent Friendly Cardiff plan
July 2025 | Cardiff Council want to know what you think.
We worked with Cardiff Council to make an Easy Read version of their draft strategy, Neurodivergent Friendly Cardiff: 2025–2030. This strategy explains their plans to make Cardiff a better, more inclusive place for neurodivergent people to live, work and thrive.
The document shares their six key goals, including helping people take part in their community, supporting learning and work, improving access to useful information, supporting health and wellbeing, celebrating difference, and making public spaces more accessible.
It gives examples of what different organisations are already doing and what they plan to do next. It explains how the plan was made and how people’s views helped shape it.
We also made a Welsh Easy Read version of the draft strategy. Both are digitally accessible for screen readers and assistive technology users.

Cardiff Council want to know what you think about the plan, so we also made an Easy Read version of their response form.
To get the Easy Read response form, visit the Neurodivergent Friendly Cardiff website. Please send them your answers by 30 September 2025.
