Welsh Government – Easy Read How schools should deal with bullying

June 2025 | Welsh Government want to know what you think.

We worked with the Welsh Government to make an Easy Read version of their new guide for schools about bullying.

The guide explains what bullying is, how schools should deal with it, and what support is available.

It covers different types of bullying, including online bullying. It also explains how to spot the signs of bullying.

The guide tells schools how they should support children and young people who are affected by bullying. It sets out how schools should record bullying and what to do if bullying isn’t being dealt with properly.

The Welsh Government wants to know what children and young people think about the guide. Your feedback will help improve how bullying is dealt with in schools across Wales.

Please send your replies to them by 31 July 2025.

We also made a Welsh Easy Read version of the survey. Both are digitally accessible for screen readers and assistive technology users.
