Our mission is to improve the well-being of people with a learning disability in Wales. We will do this by expanding, diversifying and ensuring greater access to a wide range of daytime opportunities, services and activities.
Our network aims to
1. Improve access, quality and choice
Improve people’s access to and choice of high-quality daytime opportunities, services and activities.
2. Enhance collaboration
Develop strong partnerships among organisations to share best practices, resources and joint working.
3. Increase agency
Stand up for the rights of people with a learning disability to have choice and control over the daytime opportunities, services and activities they take part in.

Who is this network for?
To be a member of the network, you must work for or represent an organisation that:
- Provides daytime opportunities, services or activities for people with a learning disability in Wales.
and
- Is third sector, not for profit, charity or community interest company (CIC).
and
- Is a member of Learning Disability Wales or is applying to become a member.
Meetings
There will be 3 network meetings per year:
- 2 meetings will be for members only.
- 1 meeting per year will be open for anyone to attend.
The next meeting will be on Tuesday, 23 September 2025, from 1:00 pm until 2:30 pm.
