Gig Buddies Cymru helps to reduce loneliness by matching adults with a learning disability (and autistic adults) with a volunteer who shares the same interests, so they can enjoy social activities together.
As a gig buddy volunteer you can use your love of music, sport, culture and fun to help somebody else in your community to socialise and enjoy new experiences.
