The Public Services Ombudsman for Wales asked us to make an Easy Read version of their Equality Plan.
The plan talks about what they are going to do to make sure that people who use their service and work for them are treated fairly.
The plan explains their goals and what they are doing to make sure that they achieve them.
We also made a Welsh Easy Read version of the plan. Both are digitally accessible for screen readers and other assistive technology.
