Welsh Government – Welsh Benefits Charter – Easy Read

The Welsh Government asked us to make an Easy Read version of their Charter. It is an agreement between the Welsh Government and all 22 local authorities to work together to improve the Welsh Benefits System.
It is about their aims for the system, what they will do and how they will work to provide Welsh Benefits.
They want to make it easier for people in Wales to claim Welsh Benefits. They want to make sure everyone can claim the support they are entitled to.
We also made a Welsh Easy Read version of the booklet. Both are digitally accessible for screen readers and other assistive technology.
