Cancellation and transfers
You can cancel or transfer your booking to another course, for free, up to 14 days prior to the start date of the course/event.
Cancellation or transfers with 14 days of the start date will incur the full fee.
Failure to attend
If you do not attend a course/event you have booked on and not cancelled your booking the full fee will be incurred.
Change of name
You can change the name of the delegate attending a booking at any time for free.
Photography
We may take photographs at the course/event for use in print or online, we will never name you in any picture. If you would prefer not to be included in any photograph please let us know.
