The Clear and Easy handbook is for anyone who is, or should be, producing accessible information for people with a learning disability. It will support different sized organisations in their understanding of accessible information, why it is important for people with a learning disability to have access to information they can understand, and how to produce Easy Read materials.
Check It! makes it possible for people with a learning disability to check the quality of the accessible information they produce and receive – and to suggest improvements to the people that produced the information.
Learning Disability Wales and Mencap Cymru have produced guidelines for making information easy to read and understand for people with a learning disability who speak Welsh.
This easy read guidance looks at what people with a learning disability’s rights and their carer’s rights are and what to expect from the assessment and care planning process. It also covers what local authorities must do when people need care and support.

My Vote My Voice is a campaign developed by United Response, Dimensions, Mencap, Ambitious About Autism to remove voting barriers and raise awareness about people with learning disabilities and autistic people’s right to vote.
